Opened by the Athertons in 1960, the first Sandy Point Restaurant was a drive-in place beloved for its home-cooked meals. After the restaurant caught fire in 1975, the Athertons reinvented it on a different plot of land that was once a resort. The dynamic restaurant became a hotspot for fantastic food and entertainment. It has since switched over to new owners, receiving an update in 2013 at the West Olive restaurant location and getting a second location in Grand Rapids more recently.Our Commitment to Quality

Had a solid dinner on the screened in porch here. Beet salad with hanger steak was delish, but a bit heavy on the dressing. I'd maybe get it on the side. Our toddler loved the mussels.
