Our Beginnings
Founded by the Athertons in 1960, the first Sandy Point Restaurant was a casual establishment beloved for its home-cooked dishes. After the restaurant suffered fire damage in 1975, the Athertons reinvented it on a new plot of land that was once a resort. The busy restaurant was a hub for fantastic food and live performances. It has now switched over to new owners, receiving an update in 2013 at the West Olive restaurant location and adding a 2nd location in Grand Rapids in 2020.Our Dedication to Quality

Had a solid dinner on the screened in porch here. Beet salad with hanger steak was delish, but a bit heavy on the dressing. I'd maybe get it on the side. Our toddler loved the mussels.
